TattedByTrii provides Mobile Tattoo Artist, Mobile Tattoo Service, In-home Tattoo, Custom Tattoo Design, Fine Line Tattoo, Blackwork Tattoo, Minimalist Tattoo, Tattoo Artist and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

No Warranties. TattedByTrii disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. TattedByTrii is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.
